"Seems all about the money!"

A review of Scott Veterinary Clinic by Heartbroken written on Friday 2nd of June 2017

My parrot went for a routine nail/beak trim and 5 mins later vet told me he was dead! I emailed the following morning as I wanted to know what had happened as my bird was happy and whistled and sang his way to the vets in the car. I was told a vet would email but could I telephone and pay £129 for the individual cremation! Total lack of compassion in view of the circumstances. I then get an invoice in the post with a credit charge added!.
